Tire to wheel stem alignment marks.
(edmonton, ab, canada)
Bridgestone Dueler Alenza Plus
I bought some Bridgestone Dueler Alenza Plus tires size 265 70 R17. I believe the tire shop installed them wrong. Is there an alignment mark on these tires that lines up with the air stem on your wheel?
I am not aware of any new tire that requires that the tire aligns in a certain way using the valve stem.
That being said, sometimes a tire technician will make a mark using chalk where the valve stem is located when dismounting a tire for inspection or repairs to lessen the need for re-balancing the tire after it has been mounted again.
Since you did not state why you think these tires may have been installed improperly I cannot offer any suggestions or ideas as to what may be causing your concern.
