I am sure you will want to search the internet for tire manufactures in Malaysia, Thailand and Mainland China. Those manufacturers can lead you to large distributors or sell tires directly to you if you buy in sufficient quantity. If you choose to specialize in higher quality tires you will need to expand your search to Major Brand Name manufactures like Michelin, Goodyear, Bridgestone/Firestone, Continental/General and Pirelli. There are also many established quality brands including Cooper, Yokohama, Sumitomo and Ohtsu. In addition many private brand name tires provide a broad spectrum of sizes and qualities and you will find them all in the "Source List" from several tire industry publishers like Tire Business, Tire Review and Modern Tire Dealer.
I am in the used tire business and can tell you it is much easier to start a tire business with a variety of sizes in used tires knowing they will not all sell but will give you a chance to learn what will sell best in your unique market. Start by calling on individual tire shops in your market and learn what they need then fill that need.
