The Uniroyal Tire Ferris Wheel,

If someone were to tell you that roller coasters needed tires that would't be too surprizing, but when you hear about UniRoyal created a tire for a ferris wheel, that's a bit more unusual.

They stopped making these and, incidently UniRoyal no longer exists, as an independent company. Did this have anything to do with it?
