Want to shoot tire tracks? Beach scenes provide good opportunities..

When it come to producing dramatic tire tracks beaches are another place which is hard to beat.

I'm sure there are tons of great beach tracks just below the high tide line ... I've got one which might inspire you.

What makes this shot so dramatic?  Well, to start, you've got a stark contrast.  This could have been a photo in black and white, but the lighting made it only seem that way.  Add in the simplicity and the regular repeition of the tread stretching off into infinity but -- almost as it gets there it curves off to the left.  Probably had to get up early in the day to get this kind of light  ... or was it a stormy day with some sun just trying to break through?
