Your tire size.

You said you needed to replace one tire. It is not recommended that you use any tire other than the 225/50 R 16 to match at least the size of the other three tires. Any variation in that size will result in a degree of poor handling and possible mechanical failures. The less the variation the less the problem and some of the sizes you mentioned are actually close in the overall diameter of the tires you have on the car now but do not compare to the width of the tread and this alone could cause a fatal oversteer or understeer condition when cornering.( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oversteer ) If you decide to buy a different size please by all means purchase two matching tires to be used on either the front or rear axle.
