Will the 15 Inch Yokohama Ice Guard IG20 Tires-195 60 15 work on my 1999 nissan Altima getting a good deal for these tires only 200 for the set.

Compare these tires with the original equipment tires from your Nissan using our Tire Size Calculator. Generally speaking, if you are within 2% of the original tire's outside diameter, there should be no problem, unless they are considerably wider and there is an issue with space within the wheel well.
Narrower tires seldom present a problem in this sense.
