Will a 195 tyre fit a 7J rim.

Thank you so much for your help, I have gone ahead and with the help of offset rings have fitted 7"J Golf Gti alloy rims shod with my 195 x 60 / R15 Goodyear Eagle Touring tyres to my 1998 Toyota Avensis (see pictures in the "hot wheels showroom"
