Motorhome balancing

Do the tires in a 30 foot motorhome need to be balanced? My tire dealer doesn't have the adapters to balance the large tires and he says it's not necessary in such a large vehicle since I won't feel the vibrations anyway. Could this cause damage to the tires and suspension?
