I have a 1999 Grand Caravan AWD can I run 235/75/15 tires.

I don't recall off hand what is the standard tire size of your Grand Caravan. You need to compare that size with the 235/75 15 tires you are thinking about. Use our Tire Size Calculator and see if the difference is within 2% of the original. If that is the case, you are likely OK to make the switch.
