steel belt separation

Our comapny owns a Ford E-250 service van. It has Hankook Dynapro A/S tires on it.It has 26,000 miles on it and the steel belts have separated from the tire on two of them. The dealer would not replace them, They said it was not a warranty issue. I know othterwise.
If enough of us compalin maybe,they,Ford will drop the cheap Hankook tires or they are going to have another recall as they did with the Firestone tires. I hope no one gets hurt in the process.

I have the same problem. 2000 Ford e350 superduty hi top. 4 new tires Dunlop Rover AT LT245/75/r16 2 were new 11/12/10 along with alignment and Bushings. The other 2 were new on 5/18/11. Just took vehicle in for inspection and garage will not pass due to the tires being cracked and having separation. Going to mechanic tomorrow to find out more. Vehicle has just been driven from PA to AR and back and most recently to FL. Vehicle is used every weekend mostly highway driven. I am very confused at this and hope to find a cause when going to the mechanic tomorrow,
Hankook Tires - Get rid of them

I manage a fleet of E-350 vans. Several newer vans with Hankook tires have experienced bad tire wobbles, to the point where our drivers thought the tire was getting ready to fall off. One van even had a sidewall blow out. Low mileage/and plenty of tread left on all of our defective tires. With all the 15 passenger van rollover concerns, you would think Ford would nip this. We have switched to BF Goodrich tires with no troubles what so ever. You can keep the Hankook tires. I have found them to be of inferior quality. Wake up Ford.
