Cracks in the tread area of a tire

The small cracks such as those showing in the sample photo are not necessarily a problem but seem to be a function of normal tire wear.

If you are keeping your tires inflated to the proper air pressure (see your door jamb or owners manual for the correct number) you should not have any problems. Although a picture is worth a thousand words, I still suggest you show your tire to a tire dealer in your area. It can't hurt and he may see something different from what the shows.
