change my 215/60 R17 to 225/60 R17

please i want to ask i had dodge caliber 2007

my original size is 215/60 R17 and i want to change it to 225/60 R17

and all tire's dealer are said its work and no problem,

but when i ask dodge dealer they said it may defect my transmission or gear box

please advice
