Need to replace Goodyear 4.0-7

I have a very old rototiller, 50 years with 3 HP Briggs and Stratton, rear hooks/tines. Runs Good. Need inner tubes and or replacement tires.

Tires measured are about 14" dia . The rims are about 8" in dia. by 3 3/4" wide. I already figured this is a 4"radius rim size and but I can't figure out how the they are now sized in small tires since most have something like 4.10-4.5,4. Did the sizing jargon change in the last 50 years? It looks like they now include the width and height of the tire from the rim. What is the current nearest replacement size in inner tubes and tires?

Editorial Comment:  Tire sizing doesn't seem to have changed, your original tire was a 4.0 - 7, which says that the tire is a 4 inch wide tire designed to be used on a 7 inch diameter rim. This size, or something very close to it should still be available if you shop around. You may find some designations that have a three numbers in the series, with a larger number in the beginning. This number refers to the overall outside diameter of the tire after it's been mounted and inflated.
