I Purchased tire insurance and my claim submission was denied.

Caught a flat and Emils All Tire in Brooklyn ny could not repair my tire through my insurance company because Safeguard stated Emils All Tire has an excessive amount of claims from them.
Well I think that is absurd considering they are a repair facility they make their living off of peoples tire problems.

I was very upset at Safeguard. My name is Ronen Perez. I live in Brooklyn ny I will never buy a policy from this company again.

I hope someone will investigate this company for not helping the consumer when we really need the help.

If you ride on your tire without air you cut the inside of the sidewalk so a professional shop will not attempt to fix the tire the right thing is to buy a new tire but if your lacking common sense you will never understand so when you have a blowout from your stupidity maybe you'll learn from your mistakes if you are still alive good luck

 rip off shops

When my car had a flat tire I called Save Guard because I had insurance from them. They asked me some questions and where will inspect my tire.
I told them that I am not far from a tire shop located on e17 and Neck road right on a corner. I don?t remember the shop's name but they located exactly on the corner of E17 and Neck road but the rep from Safe guard told me that I have to pick another shop because they don?t accept any claims from that location.
I had no other choice but to put a spare tire but since I?m not any good with tools I had to drive inside the shop and ask them to help me put the spare on.
As soon as I drove in a gentleman approached me and without even knowing what was wrong with my tire he offered me to buy a new one and that he got one in stock.
I asked him maybe my tire is good and just need repair but his reply was no you drove on your tire it damaged beyond repair. I got angry because the guy making conclusions without even taking my tire off, I only drove 20-25 feet from my parking space to the entrance of the shop.
I told him just put my spare on for now and I will think about it.
I understood then why Safe Guard doesn?t want to accept any claims from that shop.
To make long story short I went to another shop and they found a nail in a tire so they fixed it for $15.

 SAFE GUARD IS A BAD COMPANY

I WAS DENIED A NEW TIRE BECAUSE I ROAD ON IT AFTER HAVING A FLAT ON THE HGHWAY AT 65 MPH THEIR WAS A NAIL IN THE TREAD OF THE TIRE LIKE I COULD HAVE PREVENTED THAT THIS COMPANY IS REALL BAD DO NOT RECOMEND HOPE YOU GO OUT OF BUISNES SAFE GUARD STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Similar situation they denied my repair facility in changing my tire they wanted me to go to a different tire facility isn't that against the law I was very mad because it was on the weekend no one had my tire but this facility safe guard sucks oh yeah just in case you missed what I said safe guard llc sucks,sucks,sucks
